Website terms
Rules for using the Dentalblue website, its materials and links.
Using the website
These terms govern use of the Dentalblue website. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the website.
Privacy and cookies
The Privacy policy explains data processing. This version of the website has no comments form. Your cookie decision is stored in your browser. The optional Google map loads after maps consent is granted; you can change this through Cookie settings in the footer.
Rights to materials
Unless stated otherwise, rights to the materials belong to Dentalblue or its licensors. Materials may be viewed for personal use, subject to those rights. Separate licences identified on the Licences page continue to apply.
- Without the necessary rights, materials must not be republished, sold, rented, sublicensed, reproduced or redistributed.
Links to this website
Public authorities, search engines, news organisations, online directories and accredited organisations may link without prior written permission, subject to the exceptions below. Links must not mislead, imply endorsement or sponsorship that does not exist, and must fit the context of the linking page.
The published terms exclude nonprofit organisations, charity shops and charitable fundraising groups from this automatic permission. Requests from other organisations, including information sources, portals, associations, directories, advisory firms and educational institutions, are considered individually.
Send requests to dentalblue@dentalblue.pl with your name and organisation, contact details, website address, and the addresses you wish to link from and to. The published response period is two to three weeks.
The clinic considers the context of the link, its existing knowledge of the organisation and the benefit of the link's visibility. Approved links may use the company name, URL or a description appropriate to the context. Using a logo or graphic as a link requires a licence agreement.
Responsibility for linked content
Dentalblue is not responsible for other websites' content. The linking organisation is responsible for its own website's content and related claims. Links must not appear in the context of unlawful, defamatory or obscene content, or content infringing third-party rights.
Dentalblue may request removal of all or selected links and change its linking rules. The linking organisation agrees to remove the specified links upon receiving a request.
Reporting links
An inappropriate link may be reported to dentalblue@dentalblue.pl. The clinic considers reports but does not undertake to remove every reported link or reply individually.
Scope of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without assurances of continuous availability, completeness, accuracy or ongoing updates. The published terms exclude liability for losses resulting from use of the free website, information and services only within the limits permitted by law.
The limitations concern contractual, tort and statutory obligations, but do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Archived radiation notice: 2019
The following information comes from the published website terms and concerns their stated period of 2 January to 31 December 2019. It does not report measurements for the current year.
Entity: Dentalblue Wawrzyn Spółka Komandytowa, ul. Pułaskiego 35, 15-337 Białystok. The source cites article 32c point 2 of the Atomic Law, PWIS decision 1/D-I/OR/2013 and PWIS consent dated 3 January 2014.
The source lists Focus Kavo and Planmeca Intra intraoral equipment and a Planmeca Promax 3D for panoramic and cephalometric imaging. It reports individual dosimetry as “4X<0.10 Hp(10)z (mSv)” and historically cited limits of 20 mSv/year for workers and 1 mSv/year for the public.
In its notice for that period, the clinic states that there was no adverse effect on human health or the environment and that the radiology unit releases no radioactive substances.
